From incoming material to packing, each step has its own record. The process below is sample content.

Process

1. Incoming material check Material papers and dimensions are checked and the batch recorded before storage.
2. Precision machining Parts are machined to drawing and measured at the first piece and at each changeover.
3. Dimensional measurement Key dimensions are measured batch by batch and recorded, traceable by batch number.
4. Rust-proof packing and shipping Oiled, bagged against rust and cushioned, with the batch number on the delivery note.
