PUBLIC SECTOR SOLUTIONS
Governable, maintainable and continuously evolvable digital services for public organizations
PRESIRE develops digital platforms, AI applications, information systems, data integrations and maintainable operational infrastructure for government agencies, public bodies, associations and policy delivery organizations.
OUR POSITION
Capability first, not achievements we cannot yet evidence
Public sector procurement decisions need verifiable grounds. Until PRESIRE has accumulated company project records that are cleared for public disclosure, this page states the capabilities we hold and how we deliver them. We do not package reference material or a team member's prior work as a company case study. When we obtain disclosure approval for a project, its role and scope will be published in full on the project page.

GOVERNANCE
How we handle the boundary of AI in public services
- The scope AI may decide autonomously is written down; everything else is human-decided
- Determinations affecting citizens' rights are never made by AI alone
- Every decision path leaves an auditable record
- Data access is role-controlled, with residency deployment assessed on request
- The scope of any third-party AI provider use is explicitly disclosed
Frequently asked questions
- Does PRESIRE have public sector project experience?
- Public sector solutions are one of PRESIRE's core business lines. Publishing specific project records requires client consent and supporting documentation, and until that disclosure process is complete we do not list any project as a company case study.
- Can PRESIRE meet data residency requirements?
- We assess on-premise, private cloud or hybrid deployment against your agency's data boundary and compliance requirements. Which shape is viable depends on the specific constraints and resources of each case.
Discuss a public sector project
If you are planning a digital service, information system or AI application, we are open to discussing scope and viable approaches — including which parts we can take on directly and which would need a delivery partner.
